One reason to defy or not

One reason to take the task or not

One reason to quit or not

…

        No matter what situation we come across we always have to choose one road. I heard some nice words from one of the philosophers that

“Man is known by his reactions and not by his actions''. 

        When time gives various situations to us, the results are defined by our reactions. But here we need someone who could guide us through this dilemma in the right direction at every step just like an eternal comrade. 
        Every one of us is known to Arjuna from Mahabharata who fell sick of emotions when he saw his beloved ones on the opposite side in the war on the land of Kurukshetra. But the world history got a perfect example of the divine directions of Lord Krishna who was Spiritual Guru of Arjuna and bestowed him the Science of Self-Perception. He made him stand to full potential for the upcoming war to establish a kingdom to take the entire human race of Bharat to a virtuous path of living at that time. 
        So it's sure that a person needs a relation which could be just like Arjun and Krishna, Swami Vivekananda and Swami Ramakrishna Paramhans, Chandragupta and Chanakya, Maitri and Yagyavalkya, Sivaji and Swami Ramdas, Jija Bai and Swami Ramdas, Mirabai and Guru Ravidas, Sister Nivedita and Swami Vivekananda, Mother and Shri Aurobindo Ghosh and list goes long.

The Guru must teach me and lead me into light, make me a link in that chain of which he is a link. The man in the street cannot claim to be a Guru. The Guru must be a man who has known, has realized the Divine truth, has perceived himself as the spirit. A mere talker cannot be the Guru. A talkative fool like me can talk much, but cannot be the Guru. A true Guru will tell the disciple, "Go and sin no more"; and no more can he sin, no more has the person the power to sin. The one who has the power of transmitting this current is called a Guru. -->Swami Vivekananda

Coast redwood trees are the tallest trees on the planet. They can grow to 300 feet high or more.  The interesting thing about the redwood tree is its root system. Their roots are relatively shallow. There is no tap root to anchor them deep into the earth. The roots only go down 6-12 feet, and yet, these trees rarely fall over.  It is surprising to know that the root system of a redwood tree is intertwined with the other redwood trees, literally holding each other up. ACHARYA

During the  Vedic era , there were  Gurukuls  in which the Acharya's used to teach their shishyas in a very  intelligent  and  innovative way . According to a story...  One day a few students objected to the slow and inefficient physical work by one of the students named Vasi. The Acharya was known to the fact, but he wanted to give time to Vasi to developmental and physical capabilities. But as the issue was raising many times the Acharya took a different step. Acharya asked Vasi to do his daily task after giving time to  push the boulder  which was lying near the foothills, a half-mile away from the gurukul. Vasi was one of the  obedient shishya  of the gurukul, so he started to do the task assigned by the Acharya the next day.  Few  days  went by but the boulder didn't move an inch. But Vasi continued to carry out his task. After  a month  his mind started raising questions over the command of Acharya. No...

  सभी शक्तियां  सभी शुद्धता  सभी महानता  - सब कुछ आत्मा में है। ~ स्वामी विवेकानंद  आनंद और शांति की खोज मानव को सदा ही रही है ।  मनुष्य श्रेष्ठ जीवन जीना चाहता है तो उसे पुनः वही करना होगा जो उसके पूर्वजों ने किया था,   अपने मूल अस्तित्व से जुड़ना । प्रकृति कि हर एक चीज केवल अपने स्रोत से जुड़कर ही स्थिर हो सकती है।  अहंकार  का त्याग कर हम अपनी इसी खोज की तरफ बड़े। तभी हम अपने जीवन को सार्थक कर पाएंगे।  श्री महर्षि रमन ने कहा है "He who thinks he is the DOER is also the SUFFERER"  और इसका केवल एक ही समाधान है जब हम अपने आत्मतत्व को शरीर से  पृथक देख लेंगे, जैसे स्वामी विवेकानंद को उनके गुरु श्री रामकृष्ण परमहंस ने दिखाया था।
